It is also an attempt to correct some of the misinformation about my work which these days seems to be an occupational hazard, especially on the Internet. You will also, hopefully, have the opportunity to receive answers to some of my most frequently received questions, which will cover anything during what I have suddenly realised is a very long and varied career!

Some of you may have questions about my novels which I began writing for Headline Book Publications in 1991, and about my new book, 'WE'LL SING AT DAWN'; also my writing spells in Nigeria and Kuwait; my work as a producer for Jim Henson on the Muppet series, 'FRAGGLE ROCK'; my Radio and TV dramas; my meeting with Laurel and Hardy, and subsequent long-standing correspondence with Stan Laurel; also, of course, my varied work on 'DOCTOR WHO'.

I would also welcome any questions you may have about the work I did as producer for SAFFRON PRODUCTIONS, an independent television company formed with my long-term friend and director of productions, David Spenser. Believe it or not, there are still quite a lot of events in my career that have not been documented, and despite what you may have read from those who are misinformed, I am, and always have been, willing to write or talk to those who have any genuine interest in what I do.
